All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (including festive collections such as Eid launches, limited drops, and promotional periods), processing times may extend to 5–10 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Moslin is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages after delivery

Delivery to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
If your package is marked delivered but not received:

Check with neighbors or your local post office
We will assist with filing claims when possible, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

7. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
For pre-order or limited-edition items:

Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items are available
We are not liable for delays in production or fulfillment outside our control.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier. Moslin does not control carrier tracking updates or delivery scans.
9. Refused Packages
If a package is refused or returned to us due to:
