Refund policy

Return Window

At Moslin, we offer different return windows depending on the collection purchased:

  • Festive / Limited Collections (including Eid Collection): 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Regular Collection Items: 30 days from the date of delivery

After the applicable return window has passed, we cannot accept returns.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Tags must be attached

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items showing signs of wear, washing, fragrance, stains, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at moslinlifestyle@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the item (front, back, tags attached)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs

  • Ensuring the item is securely packaged

  • Providing tracking information

We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.


Damages, Incorrect Items & False Claims Protection

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Photos of packaging

  • Your order number

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

We reserve the right to investigate and verify all claims. Fraudulent claims or misuse of the return policy may result in denial of refund and restriction from future purchases.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials

If you have questions about a specific product, contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item:

  1. Submit a return request

  2. Once approved, return the original item

  3. Place a new order separately


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund amount will include product price only

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
